Business Owner on Agile development team. Charter was to replace two existing operating systems (one manual) with a new digital version that would drive synergies across operations and finance and maximize use of APIs with customers.
Business Owner on Agile implementation team tasked with replacing EXCEL as the System of record for consumables and non-machine inventory. Primary concern was improving Inventory Record Accuracy (IRA) and visibility for customers.
Coordinated venue location, activity schedule, and local travel support for a week-long event attended by executives and manager from North America, Europe, Africa, Asia and Australia. Schedule focused on Strategy, OKR/KPI Alignment, LDM and Communication.
