Business Owner on Agile development team. Charter was to replace two existing operating systems (one manual) with a new digital version that would drive synergies across operations and finance and maximize use of APIs with customers. 

Business Owner on Agile implementation team tasked with replacing EXCEL as the System of record for consumables and non-machine inventory. Primary concern was improving Inventory Record Accuracy (IRA) and visibility for customers.

Coordinated venue location, activity schedule, and local travel support for a week-long event attended by executives and manager from North America, Europe, Africa, Asia and Australia. Schedule focused on Strategy, OKR/KPI Alignment, LDM and Communication.

Refined multi-day Construction Management Reviews so they focused on projects that were out of variance. Integrated Economic Impact Studies into Key Stakeholder Engagements at National, State and Local levels.

Coordinated Business Plan and Proforma development to support launch of new business line. Worked with HR to develop search effort for management and production teams. Developed onboarding programs to train and certify new teams prior to facility launch.

Ongoing discussions with national companies on strategies designed to leverage economic impact of 2025 on competitors and strengthen foundation for exploiting opportunities in 2026. Heavy focus on strategic discipline, Lean Management, Data-Driven Decision Making and forward-looking dashboards.
